2026 APRA Award Submission Form

Complete the form to nominate a person, event, program, or facility for one of the APRA Award categories. Each category and its criteria are detailed on the APRA Awards page.

You may attach two (2) supplemental documents such as photos, news articles, and press materials, but each attachment is limited to 25 MB. Both pdf and jpg formats are accepted. No videos.

Once you have completed all areas of the nomination and have uploaded any attachments, press the submit button. The nomination will be routed to the awards committee for review.

Early Bird Deadline ($25/submission) - 5:00 PM on April 1
Standard Deadline ($40/submission) - 5:00 PM on April 30th
